Gunther is not known for being a risk-taking, adventurous sort.  Maybe that's why he's drawn to women who get him out of his comfort zone? His high school girlfriend, Rosa, decides to do the unexpected after graduation and go work for her uncle's clinic in Peru.  And so: Gunther goes too!
