In high school, Tiffany was VERY good at being a cheerleader, not so great at being a student, and, as demonstrated by this 1998 collection, deviously effective as a matchmaker.  This storyline is unusual because it took two adults at Pitts High School, Mr. Fogarty and Ms. Phelps, from playing background characters for the core cast of teenagers to being the center of attention for their own private adventure in mutual attention.  It's awkward, endearing, and has a surprisingly high appearance of Mr. Fogarty's eyes (not just his glasses frames).
